05:57 PM EDT, 08/11/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Apollo Global Management ( APO ) said late Monday that funds managed by its affiliates have struck a deal to acquire Trace3 from American Securities.

Trace3 is a provider of enterprise and commercial technology solutions. Financial terms were not disclosed.

American Securities will retain a significant minority equity interest in the company, Apollo said.
