07:21 AM EDT, 07/09/2025 (MT Newswires) -- KKR's (KKR) KKR Capital Markets is among a group of lenders that is arranging 1.75 billion British pounds ($2.38 billion) in debt financing to support the private equity firm's planned acquisition of UK-based precision testing equipment and software maker Spectris, Bloomberg News reported, citing public filings and people familiar with the matter.

The financing includes a 1.5 billion pound term loan and a 250 million pound revolving credit facility, with JPMorgan Chase ( JPM ) , Jefferies, and Credit Agricole among the participating lenders, according to the report.

KKR Capital Markets, JPMorgan ( JPM ) and Credit Agricole did not immediately respond to MT Newswires' requests for comment.
