- Investment giant Blackstone will grant equity to

most employees at its large U.S. buyouts.

- Lululemon Athletica ( LULU ) on Tuesday said it was

implementing a new integrated design structure and announced the

departure of Chief Product Officer Sun Choe.

- A group including Exxon Mobil ( XOM ) shareholders is

calling on its peers to vote against the oil company's chief

executive officer and its lead independent director.

- Disney's ( DIS ) Pixar Animation Studios began laying off

about 14% of its workforce Tuesday as it scales back development

of original streaming series.

- U.S. Treasury Secretary Janet Yellen said on Tuesday

that the United States and Europe needed to respond to China's

industrial overcapacity in a "strategic and united way" to keep

manufacturers viable on both sides of the Atlantic.

- Brussels-based China Chamber of Commerce to the EU

warned of possible tariff increases on car imports in

retaliation for moves taken by the U.S. and European Union on

Chinese electric vehicles, as trade tensions escalate between
