TKO Group Shares Rise After $335 Million Settlement in Class Action Lawsuits

12:06 PM EDT, 03/20/2024 (MT Newswires) -- TKO Group Holdings ( TKO ) shares rose 6% in Wednesday trading after the company disclosed a $335 million settlement on claims asserted in two class action lawsuits alleging violations of the Sherman Act.

The amount will be paid by the company and its subsidiaries in installments over an agreed-upon period, TKO said in a regulatory filing.

The settlement is subject to court approval.
