12:22 PM EDT, 05/13/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Tutor Perini ( TPC ) said Wednesday that its subsidiary, Rudolph and Sletten, has secured a contract from Sutter Health for future Advanced Orthopedics & Sports Medicine Care Complex in Sacramento, California.

The undisclosed contract value was reflected in Tutor Perini's ( TPC ) backlog at the end of Q1, according to a statement.

The project will convert the existing 660 J Street office building into a new 120,000 square-foot ambulatory surgical center and medical office building, the company said.

Pre-construction work started in the spring of 2025 and the project recently entered the construction phase, with significant completion expected in the fall of 2027, the company added.
