05:30 PM EST, 03/05/2025 (MT Newswires) -- AirBoss of America ( ABSSF ) on Wednesday after-trade said fourth-quarter adjusted loss narrowed.
The company, which operates through two segments, Manufactured Products and Rubber Solutions, said its adjusted loss narrowed to US$1.6 million, or US$0.10 per share, from US$2.8 million, or US$1.33, in the prior-year quarter.
Sales dipped slightly, to US$92 million, from US$92.7 million. AirBoss reported a 13% drop in the Rubber Solutions segment, to US$47.3 million. Net sales at Manufactured Products increased 9.4%, to US$48.2 million.
The company will pay a quarterly dividend of C$0.035 per share on April 15.
In its outlook, AirBoss said a significant portion of its products are manufactured in Canada are sold into the U.S. and are subject to the tariffs. The company is evaluating and executing contingency plans and reviewing all available options.
AirBoss shares closed up $0.16 to $3.92 on the Toronto Stock Exchange.
