Analysts polled by FactSet expected $1.45.

Revenue for the quarter ended Sept. 30 was $249.4 million, up from $205.7 million a year earlier.

Analysts polled by FactSet expected $245.4 million.

The company now expects full-year 2025 revenue of $945 million to $950 million up from $935 million to $945 million earlier. Analysts expect $942.8 million.

Shares of AppFolio ( APPF ) were down more than 12% in after-hours activity.
