11:02 AM EDT, 10/30/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Bunge Global ( BG ) unit Bunge Limited Finance extended the expiration date for exchange offers for as much as $1.95 billion in various outstanding Viterra notes.

The time for the exchange for cash and new notes was moved to 5 p.m. New York time Jan. 2 from 5 p.m. Thursday for 2% notes due 2026, 4.9% notes due 2027, 3.2% notes due 2031 and 5.25% notes due 2032, Bunge Global ( BG ) said Wednesday in a statement.
