05:46 PM EDT, 06/27/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Faraday Future Intelligent Electric ( FFIE ) said late Thursday the Nasdaq Stock Market's hearings panel has granted the company's request for continued listing on the exchange.

The approval is subject to the company's compliance with the Nasdaq's periodic reporting requirement by July 31 and the minimum bid price requirement by Aug. 31, it said.

Faraday Future shares were down nearly 3% in after-hours activity.
