01:03 PM EST, 03/06/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Newmark Group ( NMRK ) and BitOoda, a digital investment bank, have a strategic partnership to combine their expertise and networks within the AI, data center and bitcoin mining sectors.

The "partnership represents a valuable strategic alliance that will allow us to drive innovation at the intersection of mission critical real estate, AI and emerging frontier technologies," BitOoda Chief Executive Officer Tim Kelly said Wednesday in a company statement.
