10:50 AM EDT, 05/01/2025 (MT Newswires) -- ResMed ( RMD ) said Thursday it acquired VirtuOx, an independent diagnostic testing facility for sleep, respiratory and cardiac conditions.

After the deal, VirtuOx will operate as a fully owned unit of ResMed ( RMD ). ResMed ( RMD ) said the financial terms were not disclosed as the transaction is immaterial to its financial results.
