Quantum Computing ( QUBT ) shares were up by nearly 25% in recent trading Wednesday after Nvidia ( NVDA ) Chief Executive Jensen Huang said quantum computing technology was reaching an inflection point.

In coming years, quantum computing will solve "some interesting problems," Huang said in a speech on Wednesday, Reuters reported.
