01:55 PM EST, 02/24/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Target Hospitality ( TH ) shares slumped 44% amid heavy trading after the company said Monday it received a notice from the US government that it plans to discontinue the current Pecos Children's Center services agreement with Target's nonprofit partner.

Intraday trading volume soared to over 9.3 million shares from a daily average of about 489,000.

Invivyd ( IVVD ) said Monday that the US Food and Drug Administration rejected its request to expand the existing emergency use authorization for Pemgarda to include treatment of mild-to-moderate COVID-19 in immunocompromised adults and adolescents.

Shares slid 23% as intraday trading volume stood at over 11.7 million compared with the stock's daily average of about 14.8 million.

Summit Therapeutics ( SMMT ) shares dropped 13% after the company reported a Q4 non-GAAP net loss of $0.07 per diluted share, widening from a loss of $0.04 a year earlier.

More than 4.74 million shares traded intraday versus its daily average of roughly 2.23 million.
