05:56 PM EDT, 05/14/2025 (MT Newswires) -- 10x Genomics ( TXG ) said Wednesday it reached a settlement agreement with Bruker ( BRKR ) to resolve all worldwide patent litigation and disputes between the two companies.

As part of the deal, Bruker ( BRKR ) will pay $68 million to 10x Genomics ( TXG ) in equal quarterly installments from Q3 of 2025 through Q2 of 2026, along with ongoing royalties on sales of its spatial biology products for the duration of the licensed patents, according to 10x Genomics ( TXG ).

Shares of 10x Genomics ( TXG ) were up 1.5% in after-hours activity.
