04:13 AM EDT, 08/30/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Airship AI Holdings ( AISP ) said it priced an offering of about 2.9 million shares and warrants to purchase up to about 2.9 million shares, at a combined price of $2.775 per share and associated common warrant, for gross proceeds of about $8 million.

The company said late Thursday that the offering was priced 'at-market' according to Nasdaq rules.

Each common share is being sold together with one warrant to purchase one common share. The warrants will have an exercise price of $2.65 per share, are exercisable immediately upon issuance, and will expire five years following the date of issuance.

The offering is expected to close on or about Sept. 3.
