08:41 AM EDT, 04/20/2026 (MT Newswires) -- AlphaTON Capital ( ATON ) said Monday that it has rebranded as Alpha Compute, with its common shares trading under a new ticker symbol "ALP."

Under its new identity, Alpha Compute will operate as an integrated artificial intelligence compute infrastructure company, offering confidential AI compute, sovereign AI infrastructure, scalable graphics processing unit deployment, and privacy-native AI ecosystems, the company said.

The company said its corporate structure and existing contracts remain, and no actions regarding the ticker or name change are required from its shareholders.
