11:52 AM EDT, 05/14/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Antalpha Platform ( ANTA ) shares were up sharply in their trading debut on Nasdaq Wednesday after the company priced its initial public offering of 3.85 million shares at $12.80 each.

The stock was up about 67% at $21.38 in recent trading after opening at $15.01.

The offering is expected to close on Thursday, the crypto fintech company said. Roth Capital Partners and Compass Point are book-runners for the offering.
