AppLovin Completes Sale of Mobile Gaming Business to Tripledot Studios

03:25 AM EDT, 07/01/2025 (MT Newswires) -- AppLovin ( APP ) said Tuesday it has completed the sale of its mobile gaming business to Tripledot Studios for $400 million in cash and about 20% of Tripledot's fully-diluted equity.

The deal, announced on May 7, closed Monday, the company said.
