09:26 AM EDT, 10/28/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Arthur J. Gallagher ( AJG ) said Monday it has acquired casualty insurance company Filos Agency.

Financial terms weren't disclosed.

Filos will continue to operate from its Long Island, New York location as part of Gallagher Agency Alliance, the company added.
