05:14 AM EDT, 05/06/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Ashland (ASH) said late Monday that Chief Financial Officer Kevin Willis has decided to leave the company to pursue another opportunity, effective May 16.

The company's board has appointed William Whitaker, vice president, finance, to serve as interim chief financial officer until it concludes a review process.

The board also appointed Samuel Richardson to serve as vice president, controller and principal accounting officer. He has served as the company's controller since January 2020.
