11:37 AM EDT, 03/25/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Atlantica Sustainable Infrastructure ( AY ) said Monday it has completed the acquisition of two wind assets in Scotland with a combined installed capacity of 32 megawatts for about $66 million.

The assets hold renewables obligation certificates until 2033 and have no project debt, the company said.
