AT&T Reaches Collective Bargaining Deals With Communications Workers of America Union

07:13 AM EDT, 10/21/2024 (MT Newswires) -- AT&T ( T ) said Friday that its employees under the Communications Workers of America, or CWA, union have voted to ratify two collective bargaining agreements.

The company said the deals include a five-year agreement with CWA District 3 in the Southeast, covering about 15,000 employees, and a four-year agreement with CWA District 9 in the West, covering about 8,400 employees.

In a separate statement, the CWA said the new contract agreements stipulate wage increases of at least 15% in the West and over 19% in the Southeast, as well as improvements in overtime and scheduling policies, among others.
