07:21 AM EDT, 06/12/2026 (MT Newswires) -- BeOne Medicines ( ONC ) said Friday that new data for tacabrutideg, a Bruton's tyrosine kinase degrader, showed "durable responses" in pretreated relapsed or refractory chronic lymphocytic leukemia or small lymphocytic lymphoma patients and promising activity in BTK inhibitor-naive patients.

Data from 67 patients with relapsed or refractory CLL/SLL treated with tacabrutideg across multiple dose levels showed an overall response rate of 85.1% and a 24-month progression-free survival rate of 53.8%. BeOne said tacabrutideg was generally well tolerated and no new toxicities were identified.

In patients with relapsed or refractory Waldenstrom macroglobulinemia, tacabrutideg achieved a major response rate of 76.3%, a very good partial response rate of 30.2% and a 15-month progression-free survival rate of 70.4%.

The data were announced at the European Hematology Association Congress in Stockholm.
