BGM Completes Acquisition of AIX Insurance Platform

09:43 AM EST, 12/27/2024 (MT Newswires) -- BGM (BGM) said Friday it completed the acquisition of AIX's (AIFU) insurance platform.

AIX said in a separate statement Friday that it transferred the platform to BGM in exchange for nearly 70 million class A ordinary shares of BGM.

Upon completion of the deal, BGM will take full control of the platform, AIX said.

Price: 8.74, Change: -0.01, Percent Change: -0.11
