Blackstone declares latest offer for Hipgnosis Songs Fund as final

June 25 (Reuters) - Blackstone said on Tuesday

its takeover offer for Hipgnosis Songs Fund ( HPGSF ) proposed

earlier this month would be its final for the London-listed

music rights owner.

Blackstone said the offer values Hipgnosis Songs Fund ( HPGSF ), which

owns rights to music from artists such as Shakira and Red Hot

Chili Peppers, at $1.58 billion.
