04:42 PM EDT, 03/20/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Blue Owl Technology Finance Corp. and Blue Owl Technology Finance Corp. II said Thursday that each company received shareholder approval for their planned merger.

The deal is expected to close on or around March 24, the companies said.

Both companies are externally managed by Blue Owl Technology Credit Advisors, which is an indirect affiliate of Blue Owl Capital (OWL).
