BMO Financial Group Launches AI, Quantum Institute

08:22 AM EDT, 04/09/2026 (MT Newswires) -- BMO Financial Group (BMO) said Thursday it has established the BMO Institute for Applied Artificial Intelligence & Quantum.

The center will focus on AI innovation and development of quantum technologies, the company said.

BMO Financial also said that Dr. Kristin Milchanowski has been named chief AI and quantum officer, effective on Monday.
