07:01 AM EDT, 05/23/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Bunker Hill Mining ( BHLL ) late on Thursday said it and Teck Resources (TECK-A.TO, TECK-B.TO) agreed to amend the unsecured promissory note to increase the maximum amount to US$4.4 million from US$3.4 million.
The company said the promissory note "ensures sufficient short-term funding until the previously announced brokered and non-brokered private placements close, and bears interest at a rate of 12% per annum." The note is available in multiple advances, at the discretion of Teck, and is payable by Bunker in cash on demand from Teck.
Shares of Bunker Hill closed down 4% to $0.135 on Thursday on the TSX Venture Exchange.
