11:08 AM EDT, 04/06/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Celldex Therapeutics ( CLDX ) said Monday that it has closed its underwritten public offering of 11.9 million shares, raising $345 million in gross proceeds at $29 apiece.

The company said that underwriters fully exercised their option to buy 1.6 million shares.

Shares of the company were up 1.2% in Monday trading.
