10:20 AM EST, 01/15/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Citizens Financial Group (CFG) Citizens Bank unit said Wednesday it will redeem all of its outstanding $350 million total principal amount of 5.284% fixed/floating rate senior notes due Jan. 26 next year.

The unit will redeem the notes on Jan. 27, it said, adding that it will redeem the notes on 100% of the principal amount.

Shares of Citizens Financial Group ( CFG ) were up 3.3% in recent Wednesday trading.
