04:46 AM EDT, 06/23/2026 (MT Newswires) -- CNH Industrial ( CNH ) has priced an offering of $600 million of 4.950% notes due 2031 at 99.615% of par value, the company said late Monday.

Net proceeds will be used to boost the company's general funds and for working capital and other general corporate purposes, the company said.

Closing is expected to occur on Thursday, subject to customary closing conditions.
