11:31 AM EDT, 04/02/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Cognizant Technology Solutions ( CTSH ) said Tuesday that it signed an agreement to transform and manage McCormick's ( MKC ) global technology infrastructure across over 80 sites using artificial intelligence-automated tools.

No financial details were disclosed. Cognizant said it is expected to deliver key capabilities to improve service productivity and drive cost savings for McCormick ( MKC ) over the next five years under the agreement.
