07:31 AM EST, 11/05/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Colliers International ( CIGI ) on Tuesday reported higher third-quarter profit on increased revenue, which it attributed to "solid growth" across all service lines and segments.
In the quarter, adjusted profit rose to US$67 million, or US$1.32 per share, from US$56.7 million, or US$1.19 per share. Revenue climbed 12% to US$1.18 billion.
Colliers lowered its 2024 adjusted EPS growth outlook to 6% to 12% from the previous 11% to 21%. It left its expectations for revenue growth unchanged at 8% to 13%.
Colliers was last seen unchanged at US$154.03 in U.S. premarket trade.
