10:03 AM EDT, 06/30/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Conagra Brands ( CAG ) said Monday it has completed the previously announced $55 million sale of its Van de Kamp's and Mrs. Paul's frozen seafood brands to High Liner Foods.

The deal includes all related intellectual property and inventory, but doesn't include employees or manufacturing sites, Conagra said.
