09:07 AM EDT, 07/14/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Constellation Software ( CNSWF ) subsidiary Volaris Group said Monday that it acquired Surveypal, a Finnish company that provides automated survey software to measure company data using the Software-as-a-Service model.

Surveypal's tools deliver business intelligence metrics to about 600 companies in the Finnish market and internationally, Volaris said.

"The acquisition of Surveypal expands our network of expertise in the Nordic region - growing the community of leaders that Volaris is forever invested in," said Janni Lober Zesach, group leader of Volaris Group.

Surveypal's primary offerings are Survey Tool, which allows users to create surveys and export data for analysis; and Surveypal CXM, which scans various outlets and surveys to provide data patterns and customer insight.

Volaris said Surveypal will continue to operate independently under the leadership of its CEO, Liisa Sten, as part of the Christian Lanng Nielsen Group in Volaris Group's Ulsted Portfolio.

Constellation's share price dropped 1.4% on Friday to $4,888.06 on the TSX.
