09:13 AM EDT, 06/04/2026 (MT Newswires) -- CPI Aerostructures ( CVU ) said Thursday that it secured a life-of-program supply agreement from Embraer ( EMBJ ) to manufacture engine inlet assemblies for the Phenom 100EX business jet.

The company said it delivered the first assemblies to Embraer ( EMBJ ) in May. Financial terms of the agreement were not disclosed.

CPI Aerostructures' ( CVU ) CEO Dorith Hakim said the contract expands the company's relationship with Embraer ( EMBJ ) and builds on its experience supplying components for the Phenom 300 series.
