08:20 AM EST, 11/29/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Demesne Resources ( DEMRF ) on Friday said it has completed the first payment to IMA-1 of US$100,000 to acquire a 100% interest in the IMA project, a past-producing underground tungsten mine in Idaho.
The company can acquire the property for US$5.8 million cash paid over eight years. The property is subject to a 2% royalty in favor of IMA-1.
