05:11 AM EDT, 06/09/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Eli Lilly ( LLY ) has entered into a collaboration and licensing agreement with AlzeCure Pharma for global rights to its Alzheimer's disease drug candidate Alzstatin ACD680, AlzeCure Pharma said Tuesday.

Under the deal, AlzeCure Pharma said it will receive $10 million in upfront payment and milestone payments that could bring the total deal value to more than $1 billion, excluding royalties, the company said.

Furthermore, the company said it is eligible to receive tiered mid-single-digit royalties on sales.
