07:41 AM EDT, 07/22/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Enbridge ( ENB ) on Tuesday said it has reached a final investment decision on Clear Fork, a 600 MW solar project in Texas, which is expected to cost US$900 million.
Clear Fork will be a utility-scale solar facility near San Antonio, and is expected to be operational mid-2027. Meta Platforms has signed a long-term contract for 100% of the renewable output of the project, which is forecast to be accretive to cash flow and earnings per share starting in 2027, a statement said.

Enbridge ( ENB ) shares were last seen up US$0.69, to US$45.28, in New York pre-market trading.
