07:23 AM EDT, 03/23/2026 (MT Newswires) -- EnviroGold Global ( ESGLF ) on Monday said it appointed Karina Nott as its Chief Financial Officer.

The company said Nott, who is a highly experienced finance executive with more than 20 years of international experience, most recently served as VP, Finance of a global satellite-enabled IoT company.

Peter Nguyen has resigned from his role as interim CFO upon the CFO appointment and will continue to assist the company with the 2025 audit and with Nott's transition.

Shares of the company closed up 4.2% to $0.125 on Friday on the TSX Venture Exchange.
