06:10 AM EDT, 06/10/2026 (MT Newswires) -- ERock ( EROC ) said late Tuesday that it has priced its initial public offering of 27.9 million shares at $21.50 per share.

The company said it has granted the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 4.2 million shares to cover over-allotments.

The shares are expected to begin trading on NYSE on Wednesday, under the "EROC" ticker, with the offering closing on Thursday, the company said.
