04:37 PM EDT, 09/15/2025 (MT Newswires) -- EverCommerce ( EVCM ) said late Monday it closed the acquisition of ZyraTalk to expand artificial intelligence capabilities for its software-as-a-service offerings.

EverCommerce ( EVCM ) plans to initially leverage the AI-driven agentic platform provider's customer engagement services in its Home and Field services segment, EverPro, to drive value for existing clients and profitability, the company said.

EverCommerce ( EVCM ) used a portion of cash on hand to fund the deal. Other financial details were not disclosed.
