09:23 AM EDT, 05/20/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Expedia Group ( EXPE ) said Wednesday it agreed to purchase Ireland-based vehicle rental and transportation software platform CarTrawler.

The company said the acquisition will expand its capacity to provide ground mobility and insurance technology services.

Expedia ( EXPE ) said it anticipates completing the transaction in H2, subject to standard closing conditions.
