04:36 AM EDT, 08/07/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Extra Space Storage, Inc. ( EXR ) said late Wednesday its operating partnership, Extra Space Storage LP, priced an offering of $800 million of 4.95% senior notes due 2033.

The notes were priced at 99.739% of the principal amount, the company said.

The partnership intends to use the proceeds from the offering, which is expected to close on or about Aug. 8, to repay amounts outstanding under its lines of credit and commercial paper program as well as other general corporate purposes.
