04:33 PM EDT, 03/28/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Ezcorp ( EZPW ) said Friday it has closed a private offering of $300 million of 7.375% senior notes due 2032.

The net proceeds were roughly $292.5 million, and the company plans to use $103.4 million to repay 2.375% convertible senior notes maturing in 2025 and the remaining proceeds for general corporate purposes.
