04:43 PM EDT, 05/26/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Firefly Aerospace ( FLY ) said Tuesday it has started a public offering of shares by Firefly and some selling stockholders, subject to market conditions.

Firefly said it is offering 4 million shares and the selling stockholders are offering 8 million shares.

The selling stockholders plan to give underwriters a 30-day option to buy up to an additional 1.8 million shares, the company said.

Net proceeds will be used for general corporate purposes, Firefly said.

Firefly shares were down 4.9% in after-hours activity.
