First American Uranium Announces Change of Stock Symbol and Uplisting to the OTCQB Venture Market

02:17 PM EST, 11/03/2025 (MT Newswires) -- First American Uranium ( NIOMF ) on Monday said it is changing its stock symbol from URM to NIOB.

The company said that the shares of the company will begin trading under the new symbol "NIOB" on the Canadian Securities Exchange at the market open on Nov. 5.

The CUSIP and ISIN for the shares will remain unchanged, said the company.

The company also announced "its graduation" from the OTC Pink to OTCQB Venture Market in the United States, effective Oct. 31, and the change of its ticker from OTCPK: FAUMF to OTCQB: NIOMF.

"These initiatives align our company closer to our mission of advancing the critical minerals agenda in North America and furthermore provides us a greater ability to expand our U.S. shareholder base," said Chief Executive Officer, Murray Nye.

Shares of the company were last seen up $0.02 to $1.47 on the Canadian Securities Exchange.
