11:56 AM EST, 11/04/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Fresh Vine Wine ( VINE ) shares rose 14% in recent Monday trading after the company and Amaze Software agreed to merge.

Amaze Chief Executive Officer Aaron Day is expected to assume the role of CEO of the combined company, Fresh Vine Wine ( VINE ) said Monday in a statement.

Amaze is the parent company of Amaze Studio, Spring by Amaze and Teespring. The deal will allow the company to introduce wine and spirits to its product catalog.
