HA Sustainable Infrastructure Capital Prices $500 Million Green Junior Subordinated Notes Offering

07:42 AM EST, 11/14/2025 (MT Newswires) -- HA Sustainable Infrastructure Capital ( HASI ) said Friday it has priced a $500 million public offering in total principal amount of 8% green junior subordinated notes due 2056.

The company said it expects to close the offering on Thursday and anticipates roughly $493.3 million in net proceeds.

HA Sustainable said it expects using the net proceeds to temporarily repay a part of its outstanding borrowings under its unsecured revolving credit facility or commercial paper programs.
