HealthEquity Chief Executive Jon Kessler to Retire; Successor Named

05:50 AM EST, 11/13/2024 (MT Newswires) -- HealthEquity Inc. ( HQY ) said Tuesday its President and Chief Executive Jon Kessler has decided to retire, effective Jan. 6.

The company has appointed Scott Cutler as president and CEO, effective on the same date.

Cutler has served as CEO of StockX since June 2019, before which he was the senior vice president for Americas at eBay. Kessler will remain a direct and act as a special adviser to the company through April 30.
